RSS SBI solution is easy to implement, risk free and can start immediately. There is no software to download or contracts to sign. Upon engagement, a designated RSS research analyst will contact you to customize your business satisfaction survey and design six month, one year and two year survey programs. In approximately two weeks your SBI package will arrive with instructions on implementation. After installation survey results will be tabulated and submitted to management electronically. Your RSS representative will stay in contact and monitor your survey in order to ensure the survey is on target. Results are immediate.
